My wife got us a membership at the gym. We usually go on the weekends because, to tell you the truth, after a long day at work, I can hardly get up from the couch. And it’s legitimate - we all need that home time after work.A few weeks ago I came back home and my wife brought me a big box and said “if we can’t go to the gym, then the gym will come to us.” I opened the box and inside was a Nintendo Wii Fit.
We placed the white balance board on the floor, turned on the TV and couldn’t stop exercising. We started with a basic stretch and warm-up and went on to play with a hula- hoop, then soccer and we finished the night skiing down the Rockies. After a few weeks of this – I even dropped a few pounds. The Fit is great for everyone in the family. Our kids love it and they play video games all day long – so if they can get some exercise in the meanwhile, I’m not going to oppose.
