Your TV has a tube!? It is time to start comparing prices

Congratulations! You finally decided to get rid of that thing in your living room. That big box that once, many years and years ago, was called a TV. We’ve seen our share of developments in TV technology. Heck, some of us even spent a good portion of their lives without even imagining that somebody will invent such a thing. Some of us can’t believe how fast technology changes and you can even bet that soon enough TV’s will be less than half an inch thick.

But how do you buy a new TV when there are so many out there? First of all, before you even consider a brand, remember to measure the designated TV spot in the house. Don’t buy a TV and then find out you need to buy a new entertainment center because the TV doesn’t fit. While you’re at it, measure the size of the room as well. Some honest retailers will help you decide what size of a TV you need according to the size of your living room and the distance between your couch and the TV. Don’t get tempted of buying a huge TV when you live in small studio, the size won’t do the trick.

Now that we know the size we need, it’s time to compare prices and the first place to visit is www.everyprice.com where you compare every product available online including TVs, digital cameras, electronics, computers, home and garden, jewelry, travel, musical instruments, and much more. Visit www.everyprice.com and come back next week for more tips about how to buy a new TV.

Bring the gym into your living room

My wife got us a membership at the gym. We usually go on the weekends because, to tell you the truth, after a long day at work, I can hardly get up from the couch. And it’s legitimate - we all need that home time after work.

A few weeks ago I came back home and my wife brought me a big box and said “if we can’t go to the gym, then the gym will come to us.” I opened the box and inside was a Nintendo Wii Fit.

We placed the white balance board on the floor, turned on the TV and couldn’t stop exercising. We started with a basic stretch and warm-up and went on to play with a hula- hoop, then soccer and we finished the night skiing down the Rockies. After a few weeks of this – I even dropped a few pounds. The Fit is great for everyone in the family. Our kids love it and they play video games all day long – so if they can get some exercise in the meanwhile, I’m not going to oppose.

If you like the idea of a Wii Fit, let www.EveryPrice.com do the price comparison for you. Luxury at your fingertips

One of the things I hate about digital cameras is that almost none of them deliver good results in dark settings. Try to take a picture of your friends at the bar and boom – the flash make them all look like zombies. Any setting that has less light in it than High Noon is destined to make you, the photographer, really frustrated. Some of the bigger, professional cameras can get quite decent in low light, but I was looking for a compact one because I like to stick the camera in my pocket and forget about it. I don’t care so much about zoom, I don’t shoot wild animals and I like to get close to my subject. Lately I came across the Leica C-lux series. First of all it looks amazing. That classic red logo had me at hello. But seriously, Leica manufactures the best lenses you can find. They put them in the Lumix cameras as well, but the Leica feels better. It has a sturdy and classic touch to it and the best thing - it takes pictures like no other point and shoot. Leica’s intelligent ISO is the most responsive one I have ever seen. It will take pictures in extreme low lights and they look terrific. I just took a serious of lovely pictures of me and my family camping by the fire in the middle of the night. No other compact camera can do this today. True, they are a bit pricy, but you can check out http://www.everyprice.com/ and compare prices from stores all over and get the best deal.

EveryPrice compares prices for everything online including digital cameras, electronics, computers, home and garden, jewelry, travel, musical instruments, and much more. Visit http://www.everyprice.com/ and get the best price for that Leica C-lux. It’s a great investment for years to come.
